I Volunteer on a Saturday Morning at a Dog's Charity. I walk Dogs and clean kennels. Been doing it for almost a year. Around 50 full time staff there and 45 are women. Mostly young/ish and single. I don't bother though. I'm just there for the Dogs.

Silence and Distance. It's the only way. Anything else is a loosing game.

I moved in with my Mom at 25 and smashed my way to heaven and back while living in her spare room. I only had one girl back there when my mom went on holiday. Other than that I was staying over at chicks houses. They all knew of my living situation and none were put off.

Anybody can label themselves a Therapist and open a Practice. 4 years is a long time to spend with a Therapist. Sounds like she just wanted the guaranteed income. Most people have around 24 sessions before stopping. Some go back but not drag on for 4 years. That's just crazy!
