    Home-made shake that gets me 1200 kcals that I drink through the day. A load of nuts rationed out into bowls gets picked at through the day as well. A bowl contains 800kcals worth of nuts - and I always get through the whole bowl. That being said, I'm probably over 4000kcal atm...
