After I got covid back in dec 2021 I feel like ain’t the same. My train of thought is not as sharp as before among other things
3 times I got bloodwork done by my MD since then and all came back normal.
I even got a PFT done.
Anxiety went out of whack but controllable.

Lurking depression has been trying to creep up since last year and wants to lead me to a very dark place but I have always gutted tough resilience since a kid.

I work out lift and some cardio then get burned out after 2-3weeks, I’m already packin a solid frame with some muscle memory at 6’1/194lbs.
As of lately muscle on a snail grows on a faster pace than on me, I do my runs at Costco/Whole Foods and cook homemade cooked meals ,never eat fast food.
I take high quality vitamin d3, vitamin b12 is good, eat good fatty fish for omegas. Drink atleast 3 liters of water a day and sleep 8-9 hours.
I dont masturbate. Morning wood has been rare.
Anxiety has always been a culprit but I been trying to put a cap on it.

Next week, I got two different appointments in different days to get hormone blood panel checked out for the first time. One by MD and another one from a men’s clinic that I seeked out here in San Diego where they offer complementary hormone bloodwork on the house that gets reviewed by a Dr. No money out of pocket for both tests.

Even if I’m in the normal range , I want to see where I’m scaling when it comes to my natural T levels and take it from there.

If I’m below range I’m getting the Rx here in Tijuana for flexible logistics and pricing

These are my 30s at steak here.

reference I’m 32

Two are my really good friends are doing this same thing. Both of them Alpha dogs in their 40's that recently tested with low T count. Though one of them injects roids and blows coke daily. I suggested that might be causing some issues but I think he's in denial. The other one used Viagra since his 20's. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Funny you mentioned Covid as a possible culprit. I had the Vid 3 documented times, no vax. And I've been going through my own ****, motivation just dwindling at times. I never made that connection but could be. One thing I did for a while that really messed me up was Kratom. Holy sh1t, if anyone's ever thinking about taking that "natural herbal" sh1t, don't. Coming off that is horrendous. It'll fvck you up for a while.

Could definitely be effects from COVID. They have found it pretty much fvcks up every system in the body in some way and it could definitely cause endocrine dysfunction on some level I am sure.

In fact...

Blowing rails of that perico is an expensive habit let alone all that taxing to the body. If he can handle it then fvck it. We are all adults with vices

I heard about Kratom back in the day but I was never really into herbal supps. You gotta be careful on what supplements you take because to detox from them can be a motherfvcka

Motivation before was on tap but as of lately like you say, it’s dwindling like a candle in the wind. Maybe I gotta go on cruise control and get a good girlfriend for a bit. been a lone wolf for quite some time.
I have always thrived at my potential with some different endorphins when there was a good girl by my side even it didn’t last the rewiring was worth it.
I will see where my test #s are at and take it from there

never did I brush up on this. It’s intriguing and somewhat relevant with my case.
I will post up the numbers

380 is kind of low for a healthy 32 year old.
Cookie cutter medicine considers it “normal range” and won’t prescribe above 250-ish (depending on provider and maybe country). Reason I am doing labs with a private clinic and insurance provider.

How are your levels now after 2 years of blasting?
I feel like I may be below 400 as well.

I had mine screened during routine bloodwork.
Total testosterone: 414 ng/dL
Free testosterone: 87.8 pg/mL

I'm 51 years old, and feel great. Better than I have in probably 20 years. I've been hitting the gym regularly, taking supplements that are supposed to help with T, and have lost 40 lbs in the last 6 months.

I just wanted it for a baseline... I'm not sure I want to start the lifelong ritual now since I feel so good physically and mentally.

When I started TRT or went up to 700, Doc wanted like that, I wanted to learn, so started TRT myself + cheeper, keveles were about 1,200.

Then when I blast they go about: 4k - 5k.

Be interested in what your numbers are

I always assumed mine would be super low (like 200 or something) since I feel i've always had a fair few symptoms, although when I got tested a few years ago at age 30, mine was like 700 which was apparently on the high end, especially for my age.

I never got my 'free' test reading though, annoyingly

Make sure you get bloodwork for more than just total T levels, you need a comprehensive hormone panel and someone who understands how it all fits together.

My total T levels last year were outside the ref range, at one point at 1250 ng/DL. However my free T was on the low end, while my prolactin, SHBG, and albumin were quite high, which is bad. Every Dr/clinic I've been to completely ignored this when I brought it up (in addition to the symptoms I describe) because they're reductionistic and clueless and ultimately do not care about you.

So, case in point make sure you find a clinic that actually knows what they're talking about and actually cares; majority of them don't. I remain convinced my hormones are out of whack, because I have many symptoms of low T. What you described could also be low T, don't ever let them BS you into thinking otherwise; your subjective experience is probably more indicative of your hormone balance than any test will be.

I'll be curious to hear how it goes. I'm sure it's more lax in Mexico.

Personally, I'm at the point where I'm thinking of just going the DIY route.

Did you get that sorted out? Stinging Nettle Root is quite effective at binding to SHBG rendering it impossible to bind to T.

I tried taking that + Boron but didn't get it tested again because I felt absolutely zero difference after several weeks of adding them to my daily protocol. Maybe it wasn't enough, mine was at 71 nmol/L, ref range is 10-50...

I also took cabergoline to lower prolactin and that didn't seem to help either.

One clinic actually put me on HCG and Clomid...it made me feel alive, actually feel emotions again, I kind of liked it...but it became too intense, and clearly abnormal and I quickly stopped. I think it just spiked my E2 or something...i have no ****ing idea why they prescribed that to me. It was from Matrix Hormone clinic. I think I'll try Marek Health or Defy next since they seem to really know what they're doing, but they are so ****ing expensive.

Because they imitate the signals your pituitary gland sends to your gonads. The gonads increase the amount of test as a result. Unless you're hypogonadal in the first place, you're not going to feel much even going from 500 to 900.
