your protein/carb intake

how many of y ou actually achieve this
Carbs: 1-1.2g / # body weight
Protein: 2g./ # body weight
Fat : as little as possible, take one tablespoon of flaxseed oil with protein and no carbs before bed.

most of your daily carbs should come in the three hour window following your weight workout. (see GUIDE TO BULKING for more info)

that's for cutting at least
2g of protein for me is 150x2=300
wtfreak! that's an insane amount of food...i don't even know how much food that is actually....how does anyone even do that?
cars is a little more reasonable, and just out of curiousity, how much carbs in a baked potato?

5 eggs a day (2-3 full egs, 2-3 egg whites)
2-3 gallons of milk a week
6 pounds of chicken breast a week

Eat every 1.5-3 hours. 6 small meals a day. If i can't do that, 8-10 really smalls meals a day.

1 scoop protein powder = 25 g protein.... 2 scoops = 50, that's 1/6 of your entire day if you need 300.

can of tuna = 30
can of chicken = 60
chicken breast = 30-40
1 egg (whole) = about 6 grams....

you can do it!
