Cultural Relativism in spite of the fact that one religion commits 93% of the worldwide deaths caused by terrorism.

It is not a phobia when they really are trying to kill you.

Here's an interview with my local restaurant manager who was on a show on CNN.

Van Jones speaks with an undocumented immigrant who could face deportation and a Trump voter who stood up for him.

Homeland Security is now conducting raids of any non-citizen reported to have guns. It just happened to a Chinese foreign exchange student in Indiana this week. He is a WW II re-enactor who collected military rifles. They raided him and stole all of his antique rifles...which they will now auction off and keep the money.

I'm the resident liberal on sosuave, especially on this thread's topic, but I believe in the 2nd Amendment. As soon as the government starts coming for anyone's guns, even if you don't like those people, it should still alarm you, because you might be next.

Federal judge in Hawaii freezes President Trump’s new entry ban
A federal judge in Hawaii on Wednesday issued a sweeping freeze of President Trump’s new executive order hours before it would have temporarily barred the issuance of new visas to citizens of six Muslim-majority countries and suspended the admission of new refugees.

In a blistering 43-page opinion, U.S. District Judge Derrick K. Watson pointed to Trump’s own comments and those of his close advisers as evidence that his order was meant to discriminate against Muslims and declared there was a “strong likelihood of success” that those suing would prove the directive violated the Constitution.

Watson declared that “a reasonable, objective observer — enlightened by the specific historical context, contemporaneous public statements, and specific sequence of events leading to its issuance — would conclude that the Executive Order was issued with a purpose to disfavor a particular religion.”

He lambasted the government, in particular, for asserting that because the ban did not apply to all Muslims in the world, it could not be construed as discriminating against Muslims.

“The illogic of the Government’s contentions is palpable,” Watson wrote. “The notion that one can demonstrate animus toward any group of people only by targeting all of them at once is fundamentally flawed.”

Meanwhile in Sweden:
Muslims gang-rape 14yo girl IN SCHOOL, principal says: Rapists are Victims too

A 14-year-old Swedish girl who was sexually abused in her school by two boys is now receiving her education at another school, while the attackers remain enrolled at their current school. One of them, a 16-year-old carrying the Arab name Ajuub, suffers from an “impaired ability to understand what is right and wrong,” the verdict stated. He was therefore punished mildly. Other school kids’ parents, as well as the principal, are now unhappy with the situation.

The gang rape was committed on the 30th of May last year at the restrooms of a school in Skane, in the south of Sweden. Both boys, Ajuub plus an unnamed 15-year-old, raped the victim vaginally as well as orally. They were sentenced in December, Sydsvenskan reports. Ajuub was convicted to 100 hours of youth service plus 24 meetings with a social worker “in order to learn to make better decisions,” while the 15-year-old is considered by Swedish law to be too young to be held criminally responsible and has thus been set free.

The first few days following the sex assault, the girl, called Tindra, was too afraid to tell her mother about the ordeal, not daring to go back to school again. Apparently, the youngest assailant had spread rumours about the victim for several months, calling her “a ***** that sells sex for money.” He also threatened the girl with violence.

‘Rapist is a victim too’

The school principal, who wishes to remain anonymous, says he “struggles” with the case and thinks about it “every day and every hour.” He’d furthermore like a “dialogue with the government” on the issue.

When addressing parents’ concerns, the principal says he didn’t feel the need to officially notify them since:

“there is no obligation for a school to go out and announce that there’s a student who has been convicted of rape.”

He then suddenly starts talking about “taking the whole picture into account,” and the interview takes an even odder twist:

“All three youths involved were our students here and all three are, in a way, victims in this case. The boy who was convicted has gotten a pretty harsh punishment, which turns him into a victim as well.”

Refugees welcome! right?................The stupid it burns.
