However based on OP's conversation it seems he and his woman are in some kind of a relationship status since he's asking how we feel about it, and gathering our thoughts to review the matter, plus the key phrase about how his woman says everything is ok except for OP f*cking the other chic.

Objectively, this is EXACTLY how a woman sets stuff up to control the man, and OP is most definitely being played. Everyone fantasizes about having multiple women. So OP's woman wants to try and make this fantasy come true except for the best part of tag teaming them back and forth however he pleases. OP's woman is the one who wants permission or a reason to cheat, and this is it, because she's trying to frame it as a fantasy for a man. If this goes down the way OP's woman has in mind, she will f*ck the woman again on her own and likely f*ck other men too.

The only way OP comes out ahead in this scenario is OP gets exactly what he wants, which is to f*ck both women however he wants, as he wants, and there's no veto power of one woman over the other. OP has to control the whole scene to play out how he sees fit. If OP's woman is leading this, it's not going to end well for OP.

Some of you guys are focusing on the "rules" and not this part^^. It sounds to me like your girl likes you, and her friend likes you, and they've both talked about sharing you. The rules can be negotiated, but if not, so what? So you don't fukk the other girl, big deal. Will it still be fun? That's the first question. Second, what will the consequences be. That's a bigger sticking point and something to really consider. If you go through with it, you must be in command no matter what rules you agree to beforehand.
