Should I call or let her call?

I was out to lunch yesterday with some friends and met this hb8 while having dinner. I noticed the eye contact so after lunch I went ahead to her table and introduced myself. Her friends ended up leaving and we stayed in the bar. Had a nice convo for about 30 min (had to go back to work) and agreed on meeting tonight. Well this afternoon I got a call from her telling me how she has to stay late at work and how bad she felt about cancelling on me. Now my question is the following...should I now wait for her to call me or should I call her this weekend? I had planned on inviting to her to this event I have tomorrow but I don't know if that would be the smooth thing to do. What you all think?
