Im 6`3 and like 210 pounds.. I'm a bit what I heard someone on the board say skinny fat. I'm not a fat kid, but my gut and man boobs have a little extra jello than I want right now. My question is, should I follow a cutting program to get rid of the fat and then bulk up? Or should I just start eating alot of good food, and lift alot, along with creatine or something, then cut when I'm done. I figure summers almost over and I probably wouldn't even see much change by the time its over so I should just start bulking up. any ideas
