Partying w/ gf

I'm planning on going to a Mardi Gras party with my gf. I've never really gone to a lot of parties, and when I have, I was single.

She's most likely get drunk and all, but I'll prolly not chug much down (the most I've had is a beer).

So I was just wondering if you guys had any tips.
