One use of visualisation is to train your
subconscious and it takes time to work.
THis technique is called anchoring.
WHat you do is you imagine a time , as vividly as
possible where you were totally on fire , where you did
have the confidence to go up to a girl and initiate
conversation. Make it as big and as areal as you can
and then (In the real world, not your imagination) you
make yourslef stand and breathe and move just as you
would if you were totally confident.
Then you make a unique gesture (in the real world),
again something that you'd do if you felt really
confodent. I do that making a fist thing tiger woods
does when he sinks a putt, and I say something like
"yess!" as tho I'd just shot 10n for 10 or something.
And repeat this about a dozen times, each time with a
different situation.
WHat this does is it provides a cue for your
subconscious , so that when you do that gesture ,
you're telling it to be totally confident and make you
feel all those feelings you get when you're totally
confident.
The application is , when you see a girl at the store
and would normally be scared , you (preferably where
she can't see you obviously) make that gesture and
practice feeling totally confident again. You replace
fear with confidence.
It sounds like bollocks and you've gotten a bad version
of this cos I'm trying to keep it short. But if you do
this for two weeks I gurantee you'll be able to just
turn total confidence on like a light.
Try it out and see if it works for you (I *know* it
will).
