Hahahaha,I've had that happen 50% of the time to me,first date goes GREAT,making out and all,heck one chick even said she wanted to meet my whole family.
Then she gives me the cold shoulder a couple of days later,weird but it happens and you have to move on. There could be soo many reason why it happened but move on,it wasn't meant to be either way.

Perhaps you just need to joke around with her, keep it light. I bet she is just testing you to see if you will make things awkward now that you two hooked up.
Is that what you said? Seeing a girl every stinking day is a bad idea. That could be it right there.
