Did the game increase number of guys using sosuave?

This thread comes up sometimes, like the "game" increased the number of guys using sosuave. Logically, I would think this is true, that more guys would search online and find this site and use it. (this would be a good thing if the numbers have increased).

However, when I looked on alexa sosuave's traffic doesn't seem much higher than it did in 2004. Is this the case or is alexa just a piece?

Best case scnerio the number of hits haven't changed, because guys are having so much success they just don't log on often

I think he is referring to Neil Strauss' book, "The Game".

I'm sure it has increased traffic here some. For me, I've been coming here for years but never posted. I read "The Game" back in July and signed up and started posting soon after. Although I'm not really a fan of MM, the book itself is entertaining as hell and it did respark my interest in sosuave.
