last saturday i had a tremendous diarrhea and it lasted until a couple of days ago (though it became less and less powerful). this morning, i weighed my self and i noticed i had lost almost 10 pounds:( can this be related to diarrhea? i've been eating less than usual these days, since i was on a trip to another city, but i don't think that eating a bit less than normal (i have never been hungry, i just didn't overeat) can make you lose 10 pounds...

i don't think so, since i haven't been on creatine for the last 2 months...

anyway, i noticed my arms haven't become smaller, just my pecs look a lil bit less bulky, but nothing to worry... dunno what has happened, i have also noticed that my bodyfat has dropped down to 9% (i used to be around 10.5%)

what the fùck is up with me?!

The diarrhea caused you to expel litres upon litres of water. It is not unusual for someone to lose 10 pounds after a long bout of diarrhea.

No offense but you had better learn a bit more about body chemistry. Not understanding this type of thing can really hurt you if you are do intense training and/or use supplements.

Doesn't creatine add more water to your muscles to make them larger too? Either way, you lost water weight.

The body needs much more water than that.
