For this week

- Keep up my maintenance goals.

- My diet was better this week, but I don't know that I really lost any fat weight. I don't think I gained any though. Right now, the scale isn't a good judge of whether or not I'm accomplishing that goal because I'm doing some serious anabolic exercise and want to gain muscle mass. I'm still hovering around 7% body fat and 168-170 pounds. I haven't weighed myself in a few days.

- My studying has not been what it needs to be. It's still been better than in the past, but I'm slacking and if I don't get that under control, I will be paying for it academically.

- I lifted 6 times this week. I'm very happy with that. I only made it to the rock climbing gym once (I felt pretty lousy the first 3 days of the week), but I made it up the most intense route twice. I also began working towards becoming a member of the "mile high club" (not what yout think guys... going up the wall enough times to constitute a verticle mile by Dec. 6th. 97 more times to go)

- I met a new HB every day this week. Some days multiple HBs. Number closed some, kiss closed 1 and picked up the hottest bartender at one of my bros bar. I was pretty stoked about that.

- I finished The Way of the Supperior Man today and started The Rules of the Game 2 days ago. I already beat the 30 day challenege by getting "a date", but will continue the exercises regardless.

- I did not finish the 2nd Deangelo DVD. I'm about half way through it.

For Next Week

- Maintance goals, including going below 7% body fat and studying meaningfully EVERY day.

- Making it up the hardest route of the rock wall 7 times.

- Continuing the Stylelife 30 day Challenge and starting a new book. Maybe the Mystery Method.

- Finish the 2nd Deangelo DVD, move on to number 3.

- In whatever spare time I have secondary to my educational goals, meeting women, socializing, and enjoying my life.

- Finish 80 pages of a book on negotiation (estimated on 7 hours - I'm dyslectic so I read slow) started but still at it
- Start reading a book on economics or perhaps marketing (300 page book ready) yep i started that
- Find a studentjob for 2-3 weeks (got 16 hour shift sunday - gonna try to find a job in a technical drawing office for during the week again) got rejected but I looked around, worst time of the year to look though, but tomorrow I got a single day job - 16 hours
- Learn more about PID (Got a book but it's really complex, I need some more reading material) I'm at it as we speak
- View some video-lectures on whatever intrests me didn't have time left



still gotta wait till monday evening to setup the next planning, cause I know then if I can continue my schooling to one of the higher degrees of engineering or graduate as technical designer. I'm kinda nervous, I don't wanna disappoint my parents, but I don't wanna waste their money either. If I graduate and thus end my collegeyears, I would like to get a job in technical sales (like selling any kind of machine). But my mom has been busting my balls on the subject, saying that sales is for people that can explain things. I'm dyslectic so I kinda suck at explaining things :p (and by the look on my fathers face he doesn't approve either, but held his mouth shut). However, for future endeavors I think it's a necessary obstacle to overcome, no matter how hard it might be, I need this skill! During weekends I can then start by building solidworks libraries to get more experience in design, insight into machines and usable tools that I can use in future businesses.

Last weeks goals:

- Do my workout 3 times (Did it 3 times)
- Do * activities (Yup, did them)
- Dont watch Porn or "mature" youtube videos to j/o to (Complete...more to come on this though, no pun intended)
- Read a chapter a day of "My" book (Did this...the book sucks though)
- Do one HIIT training session and 2 jumprope sessions (DId the HIIT training, however, I did not jump rope twice though. No excuses, I just need to get it done next time)
- If I write something down on a post-it, I need to THAT day (I wrote down a bunch of things and did all of them except I pushed back my HIIT a day after I wrote it down.)

This week's goals:

- Do my workout twice
- Do * activities. Reading a chapter a day of "My" book is now included in this
- At least 1 tabata and 1 HIIT session....
- If I j/o, I have to use my own imagination. haha god that sounds so dumb.
- meditate twice daily. (this is gonna be challenging)

Edit: My heads kills me when I jump rope so I switched them out with a tabata workout

Not much goals for this week. I'm still currently having my exams. Everything seems to be a piece of cake except for biology and possibly math, potrntial disasters

my weekly goals

i consider my week staring from sat..not monday..

so i have two days holiday at the start of the week...

sat - Linux with c++ and wifi
sunday - Linus with c++ and wifi

monday - The boring and time consuming job..try to read about network security

tuesday - again job...more security stuff and c++ programing for it..and tools which will are used for security..

wed = job...analysis of security market in singapore..more programing..and understanding of wifi security..

Thursday : job..need to do some physical activity..will go jogging..

friday . plan for the next week..read some internet security stuff

Goals for this year : at least get some contracts which can be used to build my own company[security related].

go to defcon......:)

2. Definately got way more then 5 girls on my team.
3. Got some gas money, thats pretty much it. A lot of talk about girls cooking for me too. I need to try harder.

- Do * activities. Reading a chapter a day of "My" book is now included in this (Did these, barely. I stopped reading "The Killer Angels" cause it sucked. Started reading "Sybil," which is way better.)
- At least 1 tabata and 1 HIIT session.... (Did 2 tabata sessions and 1 HIIt sess)
- If I j/o, I have to use my own imagination. haha god that sounds so dumb. (nope, couldnt do it. I j/o'd using my computer once. My first real fail since this started. Thats fine though, I'll try again.)

I set the bar a little too high last week with meditation, but hey, better to try to do more than do too little.

This week's goals:

Structure my schedule again. 8am rise every day, even when I'm not in for work.

Look for more temp agencies and recruiter firms. Check up on my current agents.. and what they've been doing and not doing.

Also, more gardening. I will take an inventory of the land around the house and create a heightmap for next year's spring planting.

My goals for the next 6 weeks (until GCE A Levels are over, look it up if you don't know what that is)

1. Workout 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
2. Stay back in school for study on Tuesdays and Thursdays
3. Complete at least 2 practice papers over weekends
4. Complete 1 practice paper (1h duration) on gym days after gym)
5. Eat at least 1 meal of chicken chop in school everyday, eat whenever breaks are available. (Extra time used to revise/patch up misconceptions in syllabus) Supplement with quarter gallon milk and eat every 2 hours at home.

Will be checking in weekly to note my progress.
As for this week so far:
1. Workout 2 times (missed monday due to school) - 1/2 completed
2. Tomorrow to stay back in school for study.
3. Completed a practice paper yesterday (1h) - should make up for todays since I'm turning in soon
4. Sticked to dietary plans for today.

Oops, forgot to check in over the weekend.

Well, doing well with my 3x a week workouts, and finally getting the diet under control.

I'm working on 6 small meals a day, and already I know the metabolism is changing because I feel much warmer in general. That's how I know the furnace is kicking in and burning those calories. I usually run ice cold, and can deal with hot weather with no problem while if the temp gets into the 50s I feel like a block of ice (yes, just like a girl, LOL). I'm pretty sure it's because I've always had a severe stomach issue all my life so I developed habits to slow down my metabolism to a crawl.

Anyway, I'm taking better care of myself in accordance with my goals and it's good to be on the success track.

Keep up the good work, guys.

I have been absent here for a while. I got super busy with school and while I feel like all of my goals and journey as a PUA is important, my education beats everything out. So that's where I've been.

I maintained most of my maintenance goals. I'm somewhere around 7% body fat still, which given all of my academic stress these last 2 weeks, I'm happy with. I have a tendency to blow my diet during those times. My bench is up to 205 now. I didn't make it up the wall as many times as I had wanted to, but my stamina is increasing. No time for Deangelo. I did finish the Mystery Method today though. And I met some girls.

As far as exams:

Endocrinology - 88% (I'm upset about this, I made some really stupid mistakes. I was the only one to get full credit for ALL essay questions).

Anatomy and Physiology Lab Practical - 96%

Anatomy and Physiology - 100%

Biochemistry - 100%

Next week I have my genetics exam and world civ exam.

My goals:

- Maintenance goals.

- A's on my 2 exams

- Follow up with the girls I have been meeting (I honestly need to get that in order because I'm losing track)

- 3+ times up the 54 foot rock wall each day.

- Find another book to start reading.

So far I've been keeping up with plans lately. Just switched from mass gainer to whey isolate. Hope it helps me gain mass quicker. On the other hand, I got back my prelim results and I flunked Biology. Gonna devote more time to Bio in order to get up to speed. 5 weeks gentlemen, 5 weeks to my final exam, 5 weeks till I battle for my future.

This week was pretty bad. Went up to sf for 5 days and it really threw me off schedule, my fault though. Finally got a chance to post again.

Last weeks goals:

- Do * activites (didnt wear retainer or floss enough)
- No j/o around computer (didnt do this)
- 1 Tabata, 2 jump rope sessions (didnt do tabata)
- Look into gym membership (looked into it, hope to get it this week)
- Read 5 nutrition articles and take notes on them (I read 1...)

This weeks goals:

- 2 jump rope sessions
- do * activities
- take notes on 5 nutrition articles
- invite 12 people
- get gym membership
