By next Saturday I want to:

- Finish "The Game" by Neil Strauss

- Stay up to date on my exercise program and diet

- Meet at least 1 girl from every new class this week (Friday will be easy - ballroom dance 2)

- Start my next year of college on top of my academic game and MAINTAIN it.

- Make time to study and practice pickup related material daily, while still maintaining my academics.

That will make for a great week.
Today is Saturday. Here's the scoop:

- I did not finish The Game. I was about halfway through last Saturday. I have about 40 pages to go now.

- I did stay perfectly up to date with my exercise program. I broke my diet a few times, but nothing too bad. My fat% is down from last week.

- I didn't necessarily meet 1 new girl per class, but I did meet multiple new women per day. 3 for 3 number closes, but I wish I would have attempted more number closes. and have already hung out with one of the girls I number closed - gave her a private ballroom dance lesson :)

- I am not keeping up with my studies as well as I would like, but I am doing better than I've ever done before. I've done a significant amount of reading AHEAD of my class schedule, which is unbelievable for me. The 4 years I studied law, I never studied for an exam until the night before and wrote papers (like 20+ pages) the night before. I had a 3.9 GPA.

- I think I've been placing too much emphasis on studying pickup at the expensive of college. This is something I'd really like to get better at, but I also don't want to f-up my plans to become a surgeon. I just need to shift the balance a little.

For Next Week

- Keep up with all of my maintenance goals (exercise, diet, studies, ect.)

- Meet/approach/whatever 1 new woman each day.

- Finish The Game by Neil Stauss and start The Way of the Superior Man by David Dawhatever the hell his last name is.

- Make it out to the rock climbing gym on Wed.

- Find a way to stay in my biochem class (see my other posts for info on that)

- Stop watching TV. Instead, get in at least 1 more DVD from Deangelo's Advanced Dating Techniques.

I'm super proud of everyone involved in this :)

Great job and good luck to Atom Smasher, Konada, EvilAgenda, tj, sexysuave, Credos, Perry, and anyone else participating. Many small actions combined = huge success!

You guys are awesome. Way to go, everyone.

I'm not sure if I laid out my goals for the week, so if not, here goes:

Work out 3x (I'm behind by 1 workout for this week, but I've been walking 2 miles every day. Can't really run yet because of back injury) Gotta hit the weights, tho.

Read 1 chapter of Bible every day (don't worry, no preaching here).

Read 1 chapter of my current success book.

Devolop a habit of 6 small meals per day to boost my metabolism.

Keep it up, men. We're all doing great and gettin' her done like champions! Keep those goals small and do-able, and if you fall off the horse, remember that you're ALWAYS only one decision away from being right back on the track to success again in any given endeavor.

Success is being on that track, not pulling into the destination station. When we make those tiny little decisions and make small improvements on most days, then we are a success. That applies to the bum on the street who decides he's going to get out, as well as to the college student or entrepreneur. Wherever you are in life, you are ALREADY a success because today (and we only have today) you decided to change one small thing and improve your station in life by a tiny bit.

We have the power of decision today.

Basic stuff, I know. It's "Success 101" (ok, "99"), but it's good to be reminded of the simple stuff once in a while.

Make it happen!

Last week's goals:

- Work out 3x [Fail. Only did 2. Back in the saddle this week.]
- Read 1 chapter of Bible every day [Only did 2 days.]
- Read 1 chapter of my current success book. [Accomplished]
- Devolop a habit of 6 small meals per day to boost my metabolism. [Nope, didn't do it.]

As you can see I had a rough week. I still managed a walk/run almost every day (goal is 4 days a week) and I scored a new much higher-paying job, so the week had some redeeming qualities.

Now, for this week:

- Work out 3X
- 6 small meals per day
- Bible reading
- 1 chapter per day of other reading
- Go through house and throw out, give away or sell unneeded stuff. 10% paring down in each room.

Keep going guys. It's great to see the enthusiastic involvement. here.

Konada,

You're doing great!

You might want to be more specific on your examinations goal. What exactly does "get ready for" mean in quantifiable terms?

Keep up the good work.

I wasn't the best with my diet this week. That being said, I wasn't the worst. 2 or 3 bad days, but I'm still at 168 pounds. Exercise was also not the best, not the worst. I decided to take Thurs and Fri off to give my muscles a break.

I'm sure I met at least 1 new girl each day.... I just don't remember all of them, and a lot of them weren't very purposeful encounters. I did finish The Game, and almost fished The Way of the Superior Man.

I went to the rock climbing gym Mon-Fri inclusive :)

I was able to stay in my Biochem class :)

I did cut my TV watching down a lot (and I wasn't watching that much TV to start with), but I only got through 1/4 of the DVD.

For this week

- Keep up my maintenance goals.

- Purposefully meet 1 new HB each day.

- Finish The Way of the Superior Man and start The Rules of the Game by Neil Strauss and that 30 day challenge.

- Finish that DVD from David Deangelo and start on the next one

Thanks AS, my examinations concern pretty much every subject I take in the coming week so I have to hammer 4 x 12 Chapters of "Knowledge" into my brain. It gets pretty frustrating at times and I went a little too far with my words after getting into an arguement with family.

Update on goals this week:
1. Fix internet - done
2. Workout 3 times - done
3. Finish last 2 chapters of math and bio over weekends.

Ok men, it's check-in day.

Here's how I did:

- Work out 3X - Accomplished
- 6 small meals per day - Not even close. I really need to step it up this week on this one.
- Bible reading - Accomplished
- 1 chapter per day of other reading - Accomplished
- Go through house and throw out, give away or sell unneeded stuff. 10% paring down in each room. - Did ok... Did about 5% but I got to each room in the house. To be continued this week.

This coming week I'll probably be concentrating much more on diet and health since I did so poorly with my diet last week. I'll outline my actual goals a bit later.

Let's hear how everyone did.
