About heart-to-heart talking

Fellas,

Is it good to heart-to-heart talk to a chick you want?
I don't know who else to talk to. Don't have any friend
around, and it's a family [big] problem. There are three
girls. One is older than me. I just feel like talking to her.
Beside her, there is the fiancee of my brother. But
that seems family again. And my old one-itis-now-friend
but I don't feel like talking to her.

If I told her, will I lose higher value? Will I be an AFC?
Here, I want her to listen. That's all.
