Why is it that I get pissed off?
Ok a girl i was off and on with for a few years wanted to go exclusive saying she loves me etc.
I said no because I didn't want to. Now Im not getting no action from her no more meaning everything besides sex i had done. Overall I don't like her much but I just would get mad if I saw her with another male together I would get mad. Anyways to combat this. Im in final year of school also I don't really want no dramas. Want to make college/university. I just want a way not to give a **** bout her. And yes I am focusing onmyself i workout 3 days a week. Soccer training twice a week, 2 hour sessions and a match every week. DDDD |

Hmm, it has been a while since I got jealous over a girl but I'll do my best to help you out.
I think the key here is to decide whether you want the girl or not. If you do want her, then there is nothing wrong with having a typical HS relationship with her until college/uni. If not, then you need the usual oneitis remedy of sleeping with 10 other women(it works great for when you don't have oneitis as well) Jealosy is a wasted emotion, focus your energy into your studies or other girls. If you don't like her much then just walk away and try and get a grip on your emotions when you see her with another guy. Hope that helps a little bit

Im in ur same position , I see the girl with her b/f everyday , her b/f is one of my old friends. So that makes it worse seeing them together , for me , since he was not that good of a friend and doesnt have a good rep. Ever since they were together , she seems like a different girl , it seems like everyone likes her now.. That pisses me off. so what did i do , I took both of them out of my life completely (that is what she didnt want the most), try to forget about them when im not around them, but I got a couple tips that might help.
1. When you see them act as if your life is a lot better without her. 2. Create confident anchors for yourself , these should help, they seem to help me. This girl was/is very territorial over me too , and today she got really pissed at me because this girl that hasnt rode our bus in two years rode today and i was macking. The chick i was macking is alot finer than my ex(i gues you could say?). |

Let go, read some of the posts on getting over girls. You can do it, you are making it bigger deal then it really is. #1- Don't just act like you life is better you need to know your life is better. Start to focus on all the positive things that have happened after she left, and how it will be better for you future. |

That is very important , I was kind of depressed until I created anchors , and started thinking positive about it (ive changed alot since I went from having her and not having her) , I used to not talk to other girls because she was around , now I just use it against her. |
