Anybody ever use their vehicles to attract women? People with like sports cars? Is it worth it? Does it help? Discuss. :)

So sad.

I drive a 1983 ford truck that has more rust on it than paint knuckle.

Your car doesn't matter, your clothes don;'t matter, your ****adoodle doo don't matter. Are you confident? Are you you? If they don;t like it so be it. God dang it find a clue.

They only want to feel things, make them feel and it don't matter.

I'm sure your clothes do matter. Think about it, would you rather be wearing some rugged rip t-shirt and dirty jeans or casual shirt and jeans I'd think the girl would be attracted to the guy more groomed and dressed better.

You still don't get it.

IT DOESNT MATTER. IF you are not butt ugly, then it doesn't matter. Be you, be funny, don't try to impress, don';t funking think, feel, use the force. But still be the best you you can be and always strive to be better. Women love it and if they don't funk em. BE you and you will get what you want, treat em like your buddy, but demonstrate your sexual power.

Just talk to them and engage them, everywhere all the time and it will all become second nature.

Whilst women say they are not influenced by flash cars, it's another example of say one thing do another. I see it/experienced it all the time.

That said, the key, like with most purchases is it worth it and can you afford it?. You will have to go some to get something impressive, if that means spending more than six months salary on the darn thing or going into debt you are a fool. If you have lots of money then why not.

The other thing is what offers you the best value for your material attraction efforts. Just think what clothes, hairstyles, holidays, activities you could get by spending just a fraction of that money.

Also if you've spent all your money on a car and you can hardly afford to put petrol in it then you'll look a right plonker.

If like pushing a nice car then get one (but get it for you not anyone else.)Let it be known that pushin a nice looking ride does attract un wanted/un savory attention, from slick broads who want you for your stuff, criminals, and if your a latino or black the police. Think about it, having a nice whip might get you b!tches, but think who and what they are gonna be attracted to and define you with. "You" the person or that guy with nice car and possibly some money?

In creating initial interest, all of these things certainly matter. While confidence is grand, it only can come into play after the first perception has been made. Let's take two extreme examples, a bum and a politician. The bum is dressed in rags, with a weather-beaten face and a smell that would make a dog sniff his own butt. The politician has a $4999 suit with the latest in lapel styles, and smells slightly of soap and an expensive, designer cologne. The bum has confidence, the politician doesn't. And the winner is????

Regardless of what anyone says, your vehicle is important, as are your clothes. They represent you, how successful (or unsuccessful) you are, and how well you take care of yourself. Don't take these things lightly, as they can be very, very important weaponry in any DJ's arsenal.

As for the people who are saying "it will attract the wrong kind of women, women who just want you for your money", that's completely correct! Bingo! Genius! However, my question is simple: "WHO CARES???" What's your goal here?! A wife?! Sure, if you want a long-term relationship and deep committment, maybe you're better off dressing plain and driving a beater. I'd prefer the "love 'em and leave 'em" approach...

They can help, but its not the end all be all of game. IF you have to depend strictly on these things...then I feel bad for you...

This is how it is for girls and guys in general:

Girl:

She *wants and likes* the flashy expensive sports car just like how she *wants and likes* a bad boy who is super good looking and body building cut with an excellent job.

You can only wish.

She'll settle down and still be happy with a car that is dependable/reliable (like a Toyota) and with a guy that is good enough for her.

Guy: Same thing.

Hey unistork and those of you contemplating this move, let me save you a bunch of time and a LOT of money by saying DON’T!!! DO NOT! It doesn’t work… AT ALL! I’m speaking from experience here:

Let me start off by saying that I’m a big time sportscar enthusiast, and have been since I was in seventh grade, so naturally once I got out of college and landed my first real job, it wasn’t too long before I snatched my savings and bought a wicked ride. My choice was a pre-owned Dodge Viper. I spent roughly $40k on a moderate mileage car that lived a pampered existence with it’s first owner and had a fresh paintjob on it… point is (back before the Gen 3 cars were out) no one could really tell that it wasn’t new (most assumed that it was), especially chicks who don’t know the finer details about cars in the first place… so, for all intensive purposes, I was this 22-year old guy driving around in a $70,000 car. Sound good? Read on…

Now, I NEVER had any delusions about it getting me girls… seriously, the thought never crossed my mind when I bought it… BUT if I had purchased such a pricey and flamboyant form of transportation with the sole purpose in mind to impress the opposite sex I would have been sorely disappointed!!! I’ve had the car for over five years now and I can’t think of more than a handful of occasions where a female has made a comment on my ride, and only ONE where a girl had approached me with obvious “intent”. I’ll tell you what I DO get, a lot of guys coming up to me in parking lots saying things like, “Man, you must get a LOT of p***y with that car!”. Nope. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Zero. I hang out (and park) in many bustling parts of the major US metropolis that I reside in… busy strip malls, coffee houses, shopping malls, the local University, so my visibility is pretty high. Lots of girls gallivanting around… and very little or no notice by the hotties whatsoever. Even when occasionally I take the car up to the weekly car meet, the (few) girls that sometimes peruse up there have yet to throw a glance or comment my way… even when it’s the coolest thing in the lot. Pre-pubescent boys and middle-aged men think it’s the coolest friggen thing in the world, though… lol! I’ve got a bunch of buddies with nice sportscars and motorcycles and they’ll tell you the same thing.

As for suits and flashy fashion… I can’t say I’d invest too much in the way of cash into those items either. I went through a phase where I was wearing suits and dressy shoes, and details like $300+ Oakleys (well, I still wear those for functional purposes) and really had no luck with that image either. I don’t know that girls are all that interested in money, but then again I have NO idea… I just know what didn’t work at attracting a bit of female attention. I mean if I knew what I was doing, would I be on this board? Of course not. :) Anyone want to shed some more light on this situation?

I don't think a car would matter much. Unless you intend to talk to girls only while sitting in it or driving by. If you think about it, once you get where you're going, you LEAVE the car. The only people who know it's YOUR car are the ones that saw you drive up and get out (which won't be that many). So any other girls you might want to get make their impression on YOU. And by the time you get them to your car, they probably wouldn't care if you led them up to a rust bucket or not. They already made up their minds on YOU.

As for the sub-topic of clothes, it does make a difference. Think about it. When you go after a girl, how do you pick which one to go after? Because you looked at her, and found her attractive. And clothes is part of that. So maybe if you're smooth enough you can get them not to CARE about the clothes, but it really can only help you if their very first impression of you (just SEEING you) is favorable already. It can even make up for a slight lack of game if you're lookin' good.

I drive a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT fully loaded. I haven't picked up any chicks with it, probably because the back seat is so cramped. Anyways, you need more than a car to impress a woman unless she is just a gold digger even then she will get bored after a little while. I bought my car solely because that is what i wanted, not to impress girls.

can you get a nice girl with a nice car? YES you can. Do you need a car to get a girl? No you don't.

I always see girs turn and look at guys in nice cars.

If you can buy a nice car do it. It will help out a lot. Girls will think you are successfull. That is what they want.

Don't get me wrong, but I think YOU are the one who doesn't get it yet. There's no doubt clothes DO MATTER as well as your looks, but those things are just NOT ENOUGH.

Do you think any girl would be attracted to ****y and funny homeless? I don't think so.

I picked up more girls in an Oldsmobile Achieva when my 4th Gen navy blue Camaro was in for repairs.

It really doesn't matter at all man. The girl needs to want you, not your wheels.

A car is like clothes - you don't need the fanciest shi t or most expensive shi t around to impress a girl. If you dress ok and make the most of your clothes and they fit well, all good. Sam with a car. You don't need a BMW or a mercedes. Anyone could impress a girl with a 2000 Dodge Intrepid thats clean/waxed and taken care of. Its like a balance. You don't want some 85 escort thats all rusted out...that won't get you anywhere. But a halfway decent car, like a 2000 Dodge intrepid, or say a stratus, or heck, even a newer honda civic or something, thats clean and taken care of is all you need.
