My bench press set was sold recently by my parents but I was able to keep my dumbells and a few weight plates.
I DON'T need any weight recommendations, but I DO need some workouts that will effectively build my muscles significantly. I already do curls and a dumbell version of hangpulls, but I need more arm exercises, chest, shoulders, and leg exercises. Thanks. |

check them out... you've got lunges, arnolds, shoulder press, incline db press, db row, flat db press, shrugs... you can do everything with dbs. Unless you have a dumbbell set that cost ya a few grand tho, you probably don't have enough weight for some of the bigger muscles.... (i.e. back, legs.... maybe chest, if you're burly.) |

im in same situation as u Gold Heart, dumbbells w adjustable weights, what routine did u come up with?
