Why does my body get itchy when i am hot?

my face and body and even scapl gets itchy when i get hot or nurvous. why is that? Can anyone relate? what can i do about it?
sometimes it itch so bad i wanna peel my skin off
Skin dryness perhaps??
or Prickly heat?

It sounds like prickly heat. Your itchiness may be caused by the inflammation of the skin and its sweat glands. Clothes (not that you can really help it) will exacerbate this; like when I run, body heat+clothes+rubbing causes me to itch. Avoid hot water, don't use soap often, avoid spicy foods, and use sunblock. Try to go to a dermatologist for better help.

not a good disease to have since i live in a 29-32 celcius country

It sounds like a simple skin irritation to your sweat. A while back when i worked out my skin would burn where i sweated so i quit using accutane and my skin doesn't burn anymore. It might be a cleaner or body soap you are using. Are you oily skinned or not?
