I do this occasionally and I certainly feel more virile at a certain point. My sexual appetite seems to peak around the 7-10 day mark and then progressively diminish until I ejaculate again. It's weird, but abstaining for more than 10 days actually makes me LESS interested in sex. Your results may vary. I'd definitely recommend giving it a go.
