I got this from Rollo's blog for those of you who haven't read it:

It's a bit of a lengthy read but it's very interesting. It's written by a professor at Florida State and it refutes a lot of common feminist claims about how our society is patriarchal and male-dominated. I think it's a very balanced and objective viewpoint. The author also provides a lot of compelling evidence to backup his argument.

I read that a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. I thought it was balanced and made a lot of sense. Obviously he was trying to appeal to the unconvinced and didn't want to just preach to the choir (i.e. people like us), hence his sometimes equivocating tone. It really spelled out for me what I've always believed but never could adequately articulate.

It is an awesome speech and should be required reading for all men and even feminists.
One of the most interesting things I read in it was that although men occupy the top percentage of high-paying jobs, they also dominate the lowest-paying jobs.
