Navy SEAL Requirements
Entering training to become a Navy SEAL is voluntary. Anyone can volunteer, and officers and enlisted men train side by side. In order to enter SEAL training, however, they do have to meet certain requirements. Those wishing to volunteer for SEAL training have to:
1. swim 500 yards in 12.5 minutes or less, followed by a 10-minute rest
2. do 42 push-ups in under two minutes, followed by a two-minute rest
3. do 50 sit-ups in under two minutes, followed by a two-minute rest
4. do six pull-ups, followed by a 10-minute rest
5. run 1.5 miles in boots and long pants in less than 11.5 minutes

i'd focus my energy on being able to meet the requirements above and i don't think what you posted does that.

Buds training is like the first 6 months of SEAL training, and it is the area where everyone washes out.
check these out, see if you think you can handle it

I can adjust my training according to that. I don't see a problem with taking martial arts classes though.
I think it'll toughen me up and make me more alert.

Thanks.
One of the things I like about the SEALS is they put their sense of individualism second for the good of the team.
To be honest, I dont know If I have what it takes to become one. But I will give it a try.

Mainly focus on swimming.
Get comforatable being in the water and get used to holding your breath.
Don't sweat BUDS. The drop rate is high because the guys they take go in unprepared. Go in in-shape and comforatable in the water and you'll be fine.

Thanks, now just to mention I'm now thinking of joining the Airforce.
With me having a bachelors degree and knowing a foreign language. I'm going to be earning a bad ass wage.
