I think it screams of desperation, and a guy who wants to buy a comfortable sexual relationship. That's pretty pathetic. At least with a hooker you don't have to pay her rent and utilities.

By the way: The guy's ad sucks big time. A lot of requirements and "high standards" from him but absolutely no fun stuff or interesting things on his side. Sounds like an obsessive overachiever with no humor and no spontaneity at all. The part where I would freak out as a girl is when he says "will provide you with a cell" How creepy is that?

I'll bet that ad could be re-written to sound less like he is seeking a live-in wh0re and if he's decent looking and doesn't have any decapitated heads in the freezer he would probably find a few takers.

Women are perfectly willing to trade the poon, they would just prefer things to be worded differently.

This type of pvssy-for-shelter ads is very popular in my city. Signs of the recession.

I'm not surprised if there aren't some desperate chicks taking the offer. There are lots here who can't get a job. Usually they work in hospitality and in this economic climate, it's hard to get work and rent is getting more & more expensive.

Even a lot of AFCs have to think long and hard before moving in with a girl they've known for a while. This guy is willing to sacrifice his freedoms to a complete stranger for a few hundred bucks. Even if she did move in, he's probably enough of a pushover for her to withhold sex with little or no consequence.
