Being a Leader

As I finally return to this web page after years of reformation, I look at it in an entirely different light. This search was never for women, because women are simply accessories to the ultimate life.

I want each one of you that feel like you would do anything to have a woman or even care excessively about woman and their useless dilemmas to forget that thought, and answer these questions

Why would any physically and emotionally healthy man settle for anything less than leading EVERY aspect of his life?

Why would any physically and emotionally healthy man settle for anything less than absolute success in EVERY aspect of his life?

There is no reason.

Any reason that anyone could provide to these questions would be an excuse.

"Well my past was hard, I got made fun of. So I am going to hold myself back so that I can feel sad about it"

Guess what, 100% of us have a sad past. That's the whole concept behind the word "past." Experiences are over, we can't go back. We cannot change what we have already done.

Maybe you wanted more for yourself?

Then get off your ass.

I wanted more for myself, I went out and TOOK more for myself.

Who are you even following through life, the guy you place on a pedastal because he is on "MTV" getting all the chicks. What the hell is that?

We've all been there, but not all of us stayed there, and that is the difference. The leader won't settle for that, the follower is too scared, too lazy, and too much of a ***** to stand up for himself and do anything about it.

You get one chance, one mintue, its only going to be this moment one time, and as hard as life can be, as tired as you can get you have to keep going.

Be a leader, control your life and conquer everything. Choose what you want, and get it.

It is as simple as that. Don't think about how, just do it. I don't know how, I don't care how, I act.

Because sometimes you lead and sometimes you follow. I can be content with both because I realize I don't HAVE to lead in EVERY aspect of my life.

Because you can't have success without failure. It's failure that drives you to success.

Plus, nobody can be perfect. I also realize that sometimes what I thought I wanted is not what I wanted at all. Which is cool, because usually getting what I didn't think I wanted was actually best for me.

My issue with those two questions is that it makes you sound like:

1. A control freak
2. Anthony Robbins

Not that I don't love Anthony Robbins, but self-help is about much more than controlling every aspect of your life. Sometimes you have to learn to let go of that control. Sometimes you have to FOLLOW. And you can't always get what you want, but you can always be content with what you have.

Does that mean you shouldn't strive to be better? Of course you should! Does that mean you shouldn't have goals? You should always have goals.

It just means that you need to stop trying to control the outcome of everything in your life (ESPECIALLY with women). Just be YOU, assert yourself, and leave the outcome to chance.

If thats what works for you thats fine. I don't even know who Anthony Robbins is, and I would never choose to be a follower.

This is advice to take with a grain of salt. If you don't want to follow it, don't.

Settling for less then the best is a waste. Period.

There are things that men can't control, but you can always control whether you CHOOSE to SETTLE for less then absolute success.

This has nothing to do with outcomes. This has to do with mentality and inner personality. I'm trying to help because I found something that works for me. This post was meant to motivate someone that may have been looking for this and couldn't quite find it.

And besides, if you sit down and spend all of your time and energy on your goal, and you don't give up for any reason, you will succeed. It's a garuntee. If that makes someone a control freak, sign me up.

I consider it a master of one's destiny.

I think your point is valid about not necessarily getting what you want, even if you strive for it.

But the point is, each man has a multi-faceted life. You can choose to slack on areas of your life, follow others example, or you can choose to exert yourself fully on each part of your life, and lead by example.

If you work out, work out with 150% .

If you eat right, eat right with 150% of your effort.

If you want a successful business, put in 150%.

Yes, strive to control and manage every choice you make, NOT every outcome, and definately not women. This post was never about controlling women or even about women at all. If you even want to control people, then you have deeper issues then this. This is about life. Make something for yourself. Don't just be another average guy, be a king, be a leader.

Success in the business world is about how diversified your talents are. Right now I own a corporation which has five subsidiary companies operating underneath one large umbrella corporation. If you are leader, you don't work for anyone else, you don't FOLLOW anyone elses viewpoints, or ideas.

I can understand how hard it is to be a leader without any successes under your belt. You are easily molded by others who you feel are stronger than you. But once you start winning, don't ever look back.

The first step is coming up with an IDEA. Implementing a business starts with an IDEA, then proceeds to designing your marketing, (websites, advertisements) How are you going to get your business out there.

Once you have your idea, you must learn more and more about everything that interests you and relates to the Business. Products, Customer Relations, Services, Websites, Internet Marketing, Client Databases, Invoices, Investing, Networking. EVERYTHING.

I can't tell you how many books I've read on all this stuff. But in the end, I don't have to pay anyone for this service, and it all contributes to other business I can set up to provide.

In your free time, write articles, write books, write anything that people may want to read, design things, be creative. If you can focus and get your head on straight you can accomplish great things.

The most important thing to starting off is that under NO circumstances can you give up on a dream. I would never give anything for my dreams. To me, accomplishing my greatest dreams is my sole goal in life. Giving back to my family is the most important thing to me.

I wouldn't let ANYTHING get in the way of this. That rock solid desire and willpower is what I attribute my success too. When I get tired, I just think about how bad I want it, and I always find some type of motivation inside of myself. Motivation from the PAST. If you can find some sort of resovoir of motivation, maybe it's your life in high school or all of the nights where you didn't have what you wanted. These memories will FUEL you and soon you will become unstoppable. The momentum is just so large that the UNIVERSE AROUND YOU will change for you. You can then define your goals, and achieve them. Its been almost a year since I haven't achieved what I set out to do.

I'm glad you are interested in working towards success. What are your passions in life. Technology makes for many doors to be opened, but you will not succeed if you aren't willing to work harder than everyone else.

For a better example, I design websites, write music, manage finances, contacts, networking, promotional work, advertising, I'm an author of online material and written books, I work as a computer technician, write computer applications and more.

All of these areas took time to develop.
All of these areas have some affiliation with one of my businesses.
