monotone voice

how can i get rid of my monotone voice, especially early in the mornings on the phone people find it understanding me . most women understand what im saying but there are the few that cant make out a word im saying. my voice is kinda too deep it scares me when i listen to it on tape. what can i do about this ****.

its like its nasal and deep at the same time lol, some girls say they like it but some cant just understand me.
