I was wondering, it's true that using compound exercises like the Squats, Deadlifts etc., releases growth hormones but my question is the weight used in order to release this growth hormone.

Lets say for example you have a guy whose known as a skinny bones and weighs soak in wet 120 pounds and is 5-10 and his Squat is 90 pounds his Deadlift is 100 does this release the growth hormones for that person in comparsion to say someone who is much taller weighs more and deadlifts close to his body weight?

Or does it all depend on how the weight feels to the individual deadlifting, squatting and the challenges the individual feels with the weight used that releases this growth hormone and then his diet I guess plays a big part in this too?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Don't over think it. Get on a good routine, get your diet together and increase your squat and deadlift, you'll get the growth benefits for sure.

you do YOUR 5 rep max on deads and 8 rep maxes on squats and it will release large amounts of hormones. Diet is EXTREMELY important, eat lots of whole unprocessed clean foods and you will be putting on mass in no time. By a lot, I mean A LOT like 6 good meals a day, NO JUNK!
