High calorie, homemade recipes for snacks?

Hey all, time is getting pretty limited this year in schools, so I was wondering if you all had any good recipes for snacks that I can make and are high in calories and protein. I searched the forum, and found 2 that were pretty good.

The first one I dont know who originally wrote, so sorry for not giving credit:
Weight Gainer Shake:

150ml Skimmed Milk
200ml Water
40g peanut butter
30g whey
20g oats
Banana

Blend and drink.

The second one is a copy/paste of Wardogs over at bodybuilding.coms homemade protein bars:
So bulking season is coming, and soon will come the onslaught of whiny little "I can't seem to get all those calories" threads. Well, I made a batch of my homemade protein bars today and sat down and figured out the calories.

#1 Here is the recipe:

16 ounces Natural peanut butter
8 tablespoons honey
six scoops of Optimum Chocolate whey protein powder
1 cup of uncooked oatmeal

Mix the pb and honey in a bowl, microwave on full for 80 secs. Add the rest and mix together. Can add raisins/nuts etc to taste. Smooth into 13x9 tray and leave for 20 mins. Cut into 10 to 12 equal bars and wrap and store in fridge.

This is a great tasting recipe that I modified from one I found on 'bolex

Now here is the breakdown on a batch of the goodies:

Protein: 254 grams
Carbohydrates: 282 grams
Fats: 236 grams

This batch gives you a whopping 4268 calories. Thats right, over 4000 Calories and 250+ grams of protein.

So, if you can't get your bulk on...I DONT WANT TO HEAR IT!!!!!!

Does anyoen else have any good recipes for easy to eat snacks that are high calorie?

Yay sugar and fat together.. yep, that'll 'gain' you some weight alright.

Best thing you can do is this: make up shakes consisting of whey, oats and fruit (berries, green bananas) or eat the fruit seperately (pro/carb) ... or whey, eggs, and peanut butter (pro/fat). Or if you don't have issues mixing carbs and fats then any combination of the above.

Make one monster shake and sip it during/between classes. Or make up smaller shakes. A shake and a banana or apple takes all of 30 seconds to eat!

Awesome, thanks for the response warboss.

I took a direct copy of wardogs recipe, and I havent tried it out or anything, so no idea how good it is.

I've never made my own shake like yours....can you recommend how much of each I should be putting in? And eggs, do you put them in raw or what? Not really sure how else you would use them for a shake, haha.

raw is fine though some people disagree, if you're worried then microwave your eggs for 30 seconds and then add them to the shake.

as for the ingredients it depends on how much protein/calories you want per shake. for ~60g protein I'd go for 2 scoops whey and 2 eggs for example.
