Lifting every day
I need to lose some pounds and increase my endurance.
I lift everyday 3 sets 12 reps with a weight that starts getting heavy at 9-10 reps. I also walk daily. My question is I dont want to bulk out, or be able to lift small cars, I want to tone what I have and increase my endurance. any comments ? |

it'll take you MANY YEARS of hardcore weightlifting to be able to "bulk out, or be able to lift small cars"

The most efficient form of fat loss imo is lifting heavy as possible while cutting your diet majorly. Gaining muscle increases your metabolic rate dramatically, and combined with diet, it easily kicks the **** through any bull**** walking or cardio routine
