Obviously you'd wear condoms, besides alot of escort agencies seem to involve just taking women out and being their partner for the evening and any sex later on is down to the discretion of the escort.

Considering the quality of the women you'd be escorting, I hardly would say that it is "too good to be true". But the great majority of male escorts are primarily employed by men. The same goes for porn. Most male porn stars do straight and gay porn.
