Simple question, would like to do martial arts (grappling type) and still lifting weights to keep my size and look.

Is there any procedure or important factor that I should consider?

I was thinking to do martial arts on mon-wed-fri and lifting on tue-thu-sat then take sunday for resting.

Is it ok given that the weight volume will be kept low or there is a risk of overtraining?

I can eat as much as I want and no need to wake up early at morning so food and sleep are not a problem.

I'll be probably supplementing with ostarine as well in the beginning to help my body.

I train BJJ every Tuesday/Thursday.

I lift weights Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

I take the weekend off for rest

Most fighters still lift. Typically, it's low weight, high reps. Some grappling programs will include body weight exercises in with the workout.
