Been doing Cardio/strength for 2 months but the weight has stopped going down.

so i'm incorporating some Intermittent Fasting to get things going again.
my eating window will be between 4pm and 8pm (4/20 fast)

simply
- 1 small meal before my daily cardio/ body weight training
- 1 larger meal afterwards.


current weight 223 lbs
height: 5'11

I have no fat calipers so i can't determine my Body fat percentage. But for now my goal is to drop down to 180 lbs.

After that i will focus more on strength.
Not sure if this is big or can be achieved naturally. but my goal is to get it as close as possible to this guy.

Progress update:

had to reschedule my eating window up to 1pm - 5pm for a social activity yesterday.

did my workout from 6pm-7pm

Weight: 222.6

Bradd80 is absolutely right and with his advice I lost 7.5 kg in 40 days. Listen to what he says and you'll be good to go .

Hey Bradd80,

Thanks for the Tips

few questions tho.

1. My diet, I'll try to clean it up a bit.. it's not the cleanest at the moment. nothing super junky like MCdonalds or BK.
but I still have some white rice or white bread with chicken/beans in my diet.
do i need to cut those types of carbs out?

2. If i'm going to do the LISS or HITT on a empty stomach. this will move my eating window all the way to 7PM - 11PM. is eating this late ok? (I get off from work at 5PM start my workout at 6PM and stop at 7PM)

Edit: My budget is a bit tight.. hence the reason for the rice and beans.
hopefully it won't come to Ramen Noodles :crackup:

Progress update

Weight: 219.4

Stress at work yesterday... Had me fighting the urge to go out and have a normal lunch.
this can only be emotional eating.
