hi guys while i think many people are on this part of the forum trying to know how to lose some weight and get fit my problem is different.

in over 8 years and while getting older i lost my face fat and my face got considerably narrow and thin. Being a long and narrow face and me having a shaved head due to balding, i dont think i look ok.

i was wondering if bulking up would bring some fat to my face, i read somewhere that creatine can give a fuller appearance to the face, you can browse it on the web.

I was thinking about being 25% BF, taking a weight gainer and creatine and doing a bulk up phase then maintain it.Everyone comments on how thin my face is and that is strange because the fat dissapeared so rapidly.

this was in my late 20's/early 30's

The telltale sign of aging is bone and fat loss in your face. If you increase your bf% to 25 or use creatine to retain water, you may have a fatter looking face but ruin your physique. Don't know if the trade off is worthwhile.

Google images for Sylvester Stallone. He has a fuller face now at almost 70 then in his 20s, with the same lower Bf levels. He uses Sculptra, an injectable filler.

The cost is 1,000 - 2,000 and the results will last 2+ years. Sculptra is natural and safe filler, as it catalyzes your own natural collagen production. Do some research. If you elect to take this option, do not use a dermatologist. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon. You only have one face. The advantage to Sculptra opposed to fat injections is that the results are not permanent, so if you put on weight as you get older you are not left with an overly fat face.
