What Is Confidence?

That confidence is the key. So what is confidence?

Belief in your abilities, especially those that promote your belief in being able to integrate with what life has to offer.

I believe there is no such thing as confidence. Just fear's and self doubt clouding over your natural self. For example - the immediate moment of overcoming something that you are afraid of such as completing a bungee jump, talking to a stranger, holding eye contact with an interviewer is when you are at your most natural. The safety net will catch you, guaranteed.

Just do it.

I think confidence is just your ability to do what needs to be done in order to get what you want.

I'm also suspicious of confidence as a trait because you can't really pull it out and show it to some chick, "Look, I have more confidence than he does, therefore you should be attracted to me". All you can do is show you handle different situations, and show good body language.
