I don't give legal advice on what paperwork to file into the court to beat a prostitution sting charge. You have to decide what paperwork or arguments you make to the court.

The prostitution laws are minor charges to the major pimping charges. The reason why is that the states power is to regulate commerce.

The Satanic Secret Societies under the Vatican took over all the governments. Their power is only limited to commerce. Commerce is transaction through a dealer, middleman, broker, etc.

The Vice cops misapplied the prostitution laws against Johns and Independent escorts. They don't understand the law or commerce. There are major prostitution loopholes in the state laws.

I believe Attorneys are members of secret societies under the Vatican. I believe they took a blood oath to never reveal the prostitution loopholes.

Here is one of the big prostitution loopholes. California prostitution law only regulate commerce. So if someone done the act themselves, it cannot be regulated so that why there is an exemption.

The word "commission" means to entrust someone else. It is not a crime for the person to agree to an act of prostitution but it is a crime to commission someone else to do the crime. The commerce is the third person (pimp) who is commissioning the act of prostitution.

The prostitution law make it clear that once a person commit the act they are no longer capable(qualified) of committing (being charged) with a crime. It also make it clear that no agreement for the act of prostitution is a crime.

"(b) Who solicits or who agrees to engage in or who engages in any act of prostitution. A person agrees to engage in an act of prostitution when, with specific intent to so engage, he or she manifests an acceptance of an offer or solicitation to so engage, regardless of whether the offer or solicitation was made by a person who also possessed the specific intent to engage in prostitution. No agreement to engage in an act of prostitution shall constitute a violation of this subdivision unless some act, in addition to the agreement, is done within this state in furtherance of the commission of an act of prostitution by the person agreeing to engage in that act. As used in this subdivision, “prostitution” includes any lewd act between persons for money or other consideration." - California Penal Code 647(b)

"26. All persons are capable of committing crimes except those belonging to the following classes:...
Five—Persons who committed the act or made the omission charged through misfortune or by accident, when it appears that there was no evil design, intention, or culpable negligence."-
California Penal Code 25 - 29.8

If you have a state you want to find out, you can ask me. I will provide the commerce behind the prostitution law on your state. I have a blog link but I am not sure it will show on the signature portion.

If you want to get to my blog, just type "Prostitution Loopholes Exposed" into a google search engine or type "ploopholes.com." I don't advertise. I don't accept donation. It is something I do for free as a past time.
