Need to work on my jerk. I have a hard time making myself get under the bar. The clean is easy.
Squat:
3 x 5 x 275 lbs
Decided to go light. Was pretty easy.
Bench press:
4 x 170 (Failed on last rep, **** the bench press )
5 x 165 Easy
5 x 165 Easy
Deadlift:
5 x 365 Easy
2 x 405 Easy
Going for 5 x 405 on Saturday
