it becomes more and more clear that testosterone is the basic energy of a man.
before all the technics, the smart pick up lines, the complicated and often conflicted rules, that the pick up community is so obsessed with, there is a basic male drive.
it concludes together with ideas like pook's and gunwitch's that the only reason a man succeed socially and sexually is because of this very basic drive.

the thing with me is that i never was a masculine man, i wasn't good at sports, i am very thin and have childish look. i never faught when people stepped on me and never had positive enrgy of a man.

a kind of energy that i have come to know lately for very short periods due to use of anti-depressants drugs.

i am very relating to pook's and gunwitch's sayings of returning to the basic masculinity that we should all have as men. but i feel like a have no backbone for this.

i feel like i have no strong structure for becoming a man again. probably because of genetic reasons.

some are just genetically more masculine and others more feminine.

i do like women but dont have enough drive to ho get them no matter how.


what have you done to become that basic man again?

what can i learn about testosterone replacement therapies?

what do i do to have a true libido and the need to *** inside a womans vagina, and not on my hands?

Stop masturbating so much and looking at porn, you said you suffered from depression previously, there is a link with over masturbation and depression, it could be the key. Porn also desensitizes you to real world women, making you less motivated to pursue one when there are much hotter ones about at the click on the button. I am just assuming that you do these, if not tell us more about your life style, that could be a factor

i know that porn is wrong and i do masturbate a lot but i also know that every man does it, and some of my best natural friends had periods of exsessive masturbation but something else got them to continue on searching for real women.

in that case i think that masturbation is not a reason but a cause.

i will try to stop for and see if it motivates me, but it doesnt changes the fact that i had never been masculine, and the reasons for that are probably deeper.

I'm gonna be a bit of hypocrite on this, but GO TO THE GYM. I need to go to the gym too, but hey, I'm lazy.

Like the others said, drop the adult movies and all activities involving your hands and reproductive organs.

I would say the best thing for you, would be to get laid, but the way you are, that's not gonna happen. So in the meantime, go to a strip club. If that doesn't jump start your "drive" then go see a shrink.

ok first i do go to the gym and i do get boosts of testosterone after that, but they never last long. i stay tired, and next time i go to the gym i'm too tired to have a good workout.
i'm just too tired all the time, i do have a sex drive but it's never stronger than the fear of going out and living a normal lustful life.

I'm pretty skinny too, but just started working out. and it well does increase your testosterone...it makes me want to approach more (and thus, have more sex:D)

Just make sure you eat right if you're gonna start seriously lifting weights. Preferrably over 3000 cal a day and at least 250g of protein as well!

STOP MASTURBATING. Masturbating made me REAL tired all the time.

I am serious...just stop doing it.

How often do you do it? 3 times a day or so? Thats already a lot.

U need to get on some human growth hormone. start hitting the weights. U sound really depressed. Remember someone always has it worse than you. Maybe take a cycle of steroids.

There is a product out there called "T-Bomb" which is a natural testosterone booster. I actually just picked up some... I'm gonna do one cycle and see what happens.
