Low sodium V8

I recently swapped out a glass of OJ with my morning oatmeal for a glass of low sodium V8. I think it's a smart decsion on my part but I want to hear what you all think. What are the pros and cons of V8 as opposed to orange juice?

Yeah V8 is lower in carbs/sugar then OJ. I actually like the taste though as much if not more then OJ. I'm also kind of partial to a good bloody mary though, (good hang over cure for those interested)
