On what planet? If she chooses to have the kid whether you like it or not, YOU have to deal with. At the minimum 18 to 20 years of child support and raising a kid you didn't want in the first place, and possibly a life tied to someone you can no longer stand. I say he should be charged with administering a prescription drug without her consent. As far as murder? No. If she does it and it isn't murder, then if the father chose to abort the child it shouldn't be considered murder.
