I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Hi all. Went for an X ray today. It shows that i got this lower back injury, probably because i was too zealous with dead lifting. Have learnt my lesson. Anyway, I would like to know if this is curable, and how should i go about curing it? I am considering surgery.

Thanks.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

The spine isn't supposed to be straight. It's supposed to have a natural curve to it. Nothing too extreme. If you're worried about it, then go to a chiropractor. If you get a good one he might be able to help.

A sign of a good chiropractor is that he won't sell you his service as a cure all for all your problems.

Chiropractors are great for stuff like that. If you want more a more traditional medical approach go see a spinal specialist. Most spine guys are neuro or orthopedic surgeons with an addition 1-2 year spine fellowship.... last time I checked most of us here don't have these qualifications, so its probably not the best place to ask something like this.
