    Zinc is extremely important, it is one of the few supplements I actually feel a difference(the other being Vitamin D and Magnesium). Just make sure you are getting the right type of zinc. I have bad experiences with zinc sulfate, good experiences with chelated zinc and zinc gluconate.

    Long Distance running or other steady state cardio is fine, as long as you don't do it longer than ~45 minutes. Fast walking is also an option. The most important is your diet. If you do a lot of cardio and then compensate for your effort by consuming more calories, you will not drop fat.

    Which bodyfat calc are you using? I would recommend the ymca method. I would estimate your bf a bit higher than 20%, maybe 23-24% but I could be wrong. Supersets I would one recommend with assistance exercises /isolation exercises....with compound movements I would not do any super sets...
