Ive been using ONs whey for a long time... just dump a scoop into a glass, fill the glass with water and stir. It mixes well, but once in a while you get clumps and its nasty.

Proactive works... If you use it faithfully. I had that and it worked but it takes 10 damn mins to use each time.. well for me since i had/have chest acne. It was a pain.

I love my ONs... The strawberry tastes like ass with water, but the chocolate with water is great. I pound it down in like 10 seconds though, except when it doesnt mix right and you get those lumpy chunky parts that make you shiver when you are trying to swallow it.
