    i'm resting about 2-3 minutes between each set, and i can't seem to keep up the number of reps unless i lower the weight, but when i lower the weight to 130lb, its true that i can do 8 reps for 4 sets, but i wont feel the burn until the 3rd or 4th set. confused?

    this was the claim on skinnyguy.net...but again i heard others say that there is no trick, just eat the ratio every 3 hours and lift correctly.. but 30 pounds in 3 months seemed tooooo outrageous to me, i have been bulking for 5 months and only got about 12 lb following diesel's workout...

    one experienced bodybuilder at my gym told me that your body can only absorp 2-3 scoops of protein per day...after that you just **** it out...can anyone confirm this?
