Failed drug test? not sure how

People use creatine, vitamin B, etc, in an attempt to regulate their system after flushing with mass amounts of water. If you have abnormally high levels of creatinine it may be an indication that you were trying to fool the test.

I have never heard of a BA in a business degree other than for economics.

Failed drug test? not sure how

I'm certain that heightened levels of creatine will show up on a drug test and cause you to fail.

    my ideal weight

Terrible advice. To the original poster, if you want to lose the weight long term, it's going to have to come off slow. Sure you can lose a lot by this method of starvation + exercise, but it's not healthy, and in all liklihood since your body will not have time to adjust you will put it right...

Right collarbone portrudes more than left.

Could also be the result of inbalances between your front and back on each side. Look up Sick Scapula Syndrome and see if that looks like your problem.

    stating Pictures

It appears that your right side is developing some irregularities. In every picture your right shoulder is noticeably lower than the left one. This tends to happen to the dominant side when people begin to lift. I'd recommend stretching your chest and incorporating isometric work of the back to...

    The Perfect Don

27inch waist isn't particularly difficult with the right genetics + vacuums. Last year before I had to stop lifting due to injuries I had a 38inch chest and a 27.5 inch waist. It's certainly feasible.

    The Perfect Don

I'd agree with the last guy largely. Mesomorph with some endomorphic qualities such as longer limbs and smaller joints. 6'1 195 Sub 7% BF 27inch waist 40inch chest 16 inch arms/calves/neck 11inch forearms 25inch quads -Caucasian but with a solid, dark tan -Piercing green or blue...

    Mixing martial arts and lifting

Not to nitpick..but he didn't say bodybuilding, he said lifting. Therefore, his goal could very well not be muscle size. He could focus on olympic lifting and improve his abilities in MA. Also...your logic isn't infallible, though I'd agree with it for the most part. If you look at UFC guys like...

How To Throw A Kck A55 Party

Any advice here..Seems like a real bad idea to throw a pool party and serve alcohol because drunk people can't swim too well. But..I've got a 50,000 gallon pool and 10acres (no neighbors) and would like to throw the party to end all parties this summer. My only idea thus far is to go to the...

Fight Night: May 7th - Need Guidance

Depends on the athlete of course. I don't like a pure boxers chances against an elite wrestler.

    Underbite

I used to have one..and the dentist said it was too minor for braces. I just started making myself hold it in the ''correct'' position, and now, a few years later, it is quite natural.

How much would I max out at?

No, he wouldn't. Maxing out every workout would be detrimental.
  16. M

What do you max out at?

Uhm...no ****..but there is certainly a positive correlation between size and strength. I was making a blanket statement because I haven't seen any of the people in person, but nine times out of ten someone that can bench 200+ has bigger than 13 inch arms.
  17. M

What do you max out at?

You guys benching 180+ with sub 13 arms must have big chests. My arm flexed is 15 and I maxed out at 225. 5'9 150 225 bench / 405 dl / 315 squat 15inch arm / calf / neck

    Grinding teeth when asleep?

It's called a Polar Bite Plane. My dentist informed me that I grind my teeth and he said he should make me one of these. It ended up costing $350 and it's this big retainer like device that let's you grind all you want but it doesn't mess up your teeth.

    Creatine & Cutting

I don't think there is a problem with using it while cutting. Keep in mind though that many people can look less "defined" when on creatine due to the extra water retained. But I've never heard anything about this being detrimental to losing weight.
