So any of you know anything about this pain down my leg, kind of like i can feel the vein being stabbed.

Also, anyone know what to do about: under my calve and to the side is extreme pain whenever I try to jog let alone sprint.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

the first one, i dont know

as for the pain when running, you probably have shin splints. The muscles attached to your tibia bone (Shin) is tearing, causing pain.

RICE. Rest Ice Compression Elevation

Stop running for a few weeks. Replace it with ellipitical, biking, stair master until it heals.

hope this helps

Stop working out! That shooting pain is not a good sign... generally speaking it is a nerve that is being pinched either in your lower back or in your upper leg/buttock.

go see a Dr. and also before you do, write down when the pain started, how strong it is etc.
