so far, your exercising routine looks good.
You should definitely do cardio between your workouts. A fellow friend at my gym once adviced me to rather do my cardio than my workout if I've ever had to choose (for time reasons for example). I think in the long run he's right...
All you need for a very good workout are two things:
- a simple set of dumbbells with weights that you can take off. Look up ebay for cheap ones.
- A chinup bar (or a tree or a playground etc. Chinups are crucial)
With that set you can perform dozen of exercises. The best are chinups...
Amen! That's really all you have to do. the crucial part is to actually doing it! All the complicated theory and stuff will only give you an excuse to not get started yet since you still have to learn a lot.
