You get the initial push with the legs, but you have to use your lower back to get to an upright position. It shouldn't be a jerky leg-to-back movement, but rather an all-in-one movement.

Sometimes being a somewhat emotional AFC with semi-DJ qualities (self respect being the main one) can be better than spending your life artificially being something your not to slide your **** into a hole for 10 minutes.
