So basically Im keeping my carbs low about 100gr daily, cut out any sweet or sugar drink (except dextrose+whey post workout), dry spell from a month and cant even fap cause Im sharing my internet connection due to some cable problem.

Basically the most stressful moment of my day is when it comes the time to go to sleep, I can be tired but Im never sleepy, I wake up at night and have to take away my clothes cause Im burning after the common nightmares.

Even at the gym despite the lack of carbs doesnt grant me the usual pump, Im more aggressive and tolerant toward pain and lifts are going up while bodyfat is decreasing...well no fvcking wonder Im pissed off the whole day.

My mood is not the best, everytime I reach this state I get pissed off at cops around me or any kind of "authority" even those useless personal trainers whos arms are half of mine yet expect me to follow their suggestions, even people that look at me while I eat outside alone bother me.

I picked up the bus with no ticket cause I was late and when the controllers caught me they told me to give them my name for the fine, I told them I had no document while still listening my music...they then asked if I could at least leave at the following stop and I basically told them to get a life.
Didnt even realize what happened untill 20 minutes later when I reached the gym.

My nervous system and brain are sharp, even my c0ck is hard more frequently now than when I was 18 but cant even fvcking relax for a minute.
Im not aggressive toward people actually I find myself joking around with the guys at the gym or having small talk with people in the streets more often but have no tolerance to hassles.

I would like to keep this state of efficiency but get rid of this restless curse day and night.

Any supplement I can take which is not gonna screw up my brain?

Try to have sex before bed time it will help. Also increasing your fat intake slightly may take that razor sharp edge off. But I know what your talking about.

If it's causing you to lean out the way you want, you just gotta keep pushing through.

Why the fvck are you not eating carbs? Unless there's a medical reason, or you're cutting weight for a strict weigh in, there's absolutely no reason to eliminate carbs, especially if you're seriously training. I guess if you're into lifting for "aesthetics" or what not, then maybe you can stay leaner, but this carb-aversion tends to blow my mind if you want to lift heavy shlt, especially explosively.

Its done temporarily to recompose the body to a leaner one. Then you supply it the fuel it needs and not more so you don't get fat.

Carb cycling is far better than carb aversion for a myriad of reasons, all of which I posted numerous times on these forums. All of the pros with none of the cons from carb aversion. But people do what they do, then wonder why they look like they look.

What are your goals?

If you're going under 100g carbs for weight loss then I'd go much lower to speed it up to get it over with. I did under 40g carbs during my cutting phase with diet wheys.

If you have no internet then get porn the old fashioned way, or have a gf/date (although these days you need porn regardless).

Many people, myself included, don't like government authority. I'm very happy with my life but when I see a cop car or a cop (especially on a bike) I just think "what a waste of tax money, why do I even pay taxes?". I not a police officer with 8 complaints in 1 month (1 of them from me) and he's walking around like he's invincible. Disliking cops is normal.

For the time being just keep yourself aware of your issues to avoid getting into trouble.
