Hi everyone, today I give an overview of fitness as a whole in my experience both personally and professionally in the industry over many years. I cover the basics of exercise, habit forming, goal setting, nutrition, supplementation, and routine. Most people's issues stem from fooling themselves into thinking they are eating right when they aren't, fooling themselves into thinking they are working hard at the gym when they aren't, and fooling themselves into thinking they can look like a men's fitness model without taking steroids/IGF-1/HGH and without having elite level genetics to begin with and they can't.
