What is the P.C. Baby Boom authored view of the world that is making Millennials so miserable?
-Not being “inappropriate” more important than being MORAL, and talking about how good we are means we are good
-Smoking is bad and evil.
-Homosexual relationships and marriage is right. Animals deserve to be treated like people.
-Sex is a very awkward thing that isn’t supposed to happen. Nevertheless, premarital sex and F-ing like dogs with no meaning attached is acceptable.
-Worth mentioning that they define racism as ANY differentiation between the races which equals BAD
-Being “sexist” is supposed to be a bad thing and it means ANY differentiation between the sexes.
-Everybody goes to Heaven no matter what
-Whining about something means you’re doing something about it
-People were mostly stupid and evil in the past, which starts with the 1950s and goes backwards
JUST A SEA OF CONFUSION, INSANITY, AND PURE STUPID

And the Depression view of the world:
-Humility is the most important virtue to the point where we go out of our way NOT to seem as good as we are.
-Be grateful for what you get.
-God is the most important thing in your life.
-The Virgin Mary is very important.
-There is Heaven and Hell.
-Always look your best.
-A woman’s place is in the home.
-Don’t put up with crap.
-Drugs are bad.
-America is good.
-Computers are hilarious for old people to bash because we know that if we were young we would be on the computer constantly

Am I correct in understanding that you are against all things listed PC and for all things listed depression?

Let me give you my own take on your argument.

Firstly, most of your points do not hold true and cannot be generalized on a population, so I assume these are personal experiences, and I assume that you live in the bible belt of America.

What is your reasoning for smoking being good? I cannot say I know of anyone that thinks smoking is evil. Smoking, whatever it may be, is more deeply rooted in ancient culture than any popular religion.

Firstly, what do you care if homosexuals have relationships/marriage? Why is that bad? Because there is a sentence in a heavily edited bible that can be interpreted as homosexuals being bad? Even if it was there in the original copy (written by some guy that's not even Jesus), then it makes sense considering the sanitary conditions and the importance of lineage back then. Nowadays, opposing love and harmony is recognized as the bigotry it is.

And why should animals be treated poorly? Are you trying to convince yourself that humans are somehow separate from animal life?

You're confusing racism with PC culture and Social Justice.

I don't understand your last 3 points there.

Moving onto depression views.

Surely, humility can be taken far enough so that it comes in the way of growth and success, but conversely, thinking that you matter in any way and taking yourself too seriously can seriously hamper your happiness and negatively affect your perception of other people.

Changing your expectations to appreciation can lead to a great surge in life satisfaction. This doesn't mean you don't have motivation to accomplish things.

Sexism doesn't belong anywhere. You could easily flip that statement on men with a different place and you'll see how absolutely abhorring that is.

What's bad with drugs? Taken any? Are you well informed? Provide some arguments and evidence.

America is OK, but I can certainly tell you that it's backwards. Especially the politics.

Well, nobody's going to believe me because that is how it is, but the facts are that Millennials are all brainwashed for the most part:
-Sexually
-Politically
-Religiously

What a grey world they must live in. My problem will be if they try to turn U.S. into a socialist country. Then I'm moving to Cuba might as well go all in.

And Boomers are no saints. They brainwashed themselves. But again this is going to sound like a conspiracy theory, and I'm crying at the anticipation of the "judgment" you will wreak upon me.

Actually, wait, I don't give a flying fk

I mean yeah it does all sound like a conspiracy theory, but the loudest half on this forum believe in those anyway. It's not like I'm gonna yell at you and make fun of you for speaking your mind. We're all different and believe in different things. We all want to find the truth, and one could say that life is a search for truth. To claim that one's truth is more true than another's is vain.

You know, I agree, Western culture as I know it is quite shallow and our everyday life is a means to an end. What you call being brainwashed, I call culture.

My question is, what makes you think that you are exempt from it? To me you seem more 'brainwashed' than the average college-aged male, given that your stern regressive and radical views are not backed up by actual fact.

If you feel aggressively judged, that's on your end. There is no such intention from me.
